House description:
The house was built around 1800, it was the mill of the bishop, therefore
the structure of the building is very good. The machines were on the 60
m² large attic, where a new apartment can be build. The thick of walls
are 1 m downstairs and 0,8 meter upstairs, the insulation is perfect-there
is no needed climate equipment in summer, and the costs of heating is minimal
in winter. The court is relative large, the numerous plants, the little
oven, the stream running front of the house, the lovelly wrought iron fence
and little gate with the ancient building charm the visitors. Trough a
long passage can we arrive to the apartment downstairs. There are a wine
