This is a beautiful thermal pension 15 km
far from the Lake Balaton, the biggest lake of Central and Western Europe.
The village itself is 120 kms far from Budapest, it lies between gentle
hills in a picturesque area. This neighborhood charms visitors, which exquisitely
manifests the much recurring guests. The (with official tests provened)
high quality thermalwater and the well-trained therapeuists really help
you in healing several diseases, for example: heart, circulatory, cutaneous,
rheumatic, locomotor diseases, pneumoconiosis, etc. There are 3 pools:
two with thermal and one with cold water. There are two thermal wells :
either of them is 44,6ºC, the other is 55 ºC.

The whole property is approximately
is 24 hektar. Buildings: „Big Pension”-the living space is 2654 m²,
„Little Pension”-the floor space is 1685 m², wine cellar 306 m²,
3 pools. Approximately 22 hektar measured building site where you can build
fo about 250 houses. This area has a separate thermal well, you can bring
the thermal water into the houses, and it settles the heating too. Around
the two pension there is a nice park with fruit trees. There
are a tenis ground and sauna too. There are all the public utilities: water
pipes, drainpipe, sewage farm, 220/380 V elctricity, gas pipes, telefon-internet
cable, etc.
